Mr. Tomas Newsom
I'm doing it Again!! I'm running in the Xterra world championship off road to raise money for APLA (Aids Project LA). Today was the First day of the training season!!! So excited!!
The XTERRA Trail Running World Championship is an off-road half-marathon being held on December 7, 2014 on the North Shore of Oahu in Hawaii. Along with a fantastic group of Team To End AIDS (T2) participants, I'll be running 13.1 miles along trails, up hills, through mud and amazing terrain. I’ll be training at least three days per week, because I want to do something that’s not only physically challenging for me, but also beneficial to APLA's clients.
Nearly 1.2 million Americans are now living with HIV, and 56,000 more will be infected this year! For over 25 years, APLA has provided food, home health care, and other services to thousands of people whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS. Many of them are living in poverty and have nowhere to turn.
Please Donate Today, Help me exceed my goal of raising at least $5000 and make a difference in the life of an APLA client today. Donations are put to use immediately
Thank you so much for caring, and thank you for your support.
