Dear Friends,

Once again, I’m taking on a tremendous challenge to help in the fight against AIDS, and I hope you will support me.  Starting in July, I’ll be training for the XTERRA Trail Running World Championship, and I’ve made it a personal mission to raise funds for AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA).

Along with a fantastic group of Team To End AIDS (T2) participants, I'll be running 13.1 miles along trails, up hills, and through mud (and you know how much I hate getting dirty).  I’ll be training at least three days per week, because I want to do something that’s not only physically challenging for me, but also beneficial to APLA's clients.

Nearly 1.2 million Americans are now living with HIV, and 56,000 more will be infected this year!  For over 25 years, APLA has provided food, home health care, and other services to thousands of people whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS.  Many of them are living in poverty and have nowhere to turn.

That’s why I’m asking you to help. Please join me in doing what we can to bring an end to HIV/AIDS. You can donate as little as $5 and or much as you like.  And your donation is tax deductible.

Please donate today by clicking on the button that says, "Donate to Support Francisco" or the link "Make a gift!" It's easy!  Donations are put to use immediately and they are tax deductible.

Help me exceed my goal of raising at least $3,500 and make a difference in the life of an APLA client today.

Thank you so much for your support.

+ Francisco "Go Sco!"
